A receipt dated within 14 days of original purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. NO REFUNDS of any type will be given. You may make an exchange or receive store credit redeemable in person or online. Merchandise must be in its original box and in new condition.
Shipping time is 2-3 business days after payment processing period which can be up to 12-24 hours after your order is processed. Once your payment & payment period clears, your business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number via email . Shipping takes an additional 1-3 days after payment is processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
